Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum around 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>
Strong experience working with ATS platforms.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in hiring for a mix of roles.</li></ul>
Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>
Solid understanding of recruitment analytics and talent trends.</li><li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment reporting tools.</li></ul>
