Position Responsibilities may include:

<li>Responsible for reliable, prompt, and empathetic technical support to our customers. Resolve technical issues, support sales growth and technical training needs of the region.</li>

<li>Train &amp; Audit Independent Distributor trainers and technical managers, when required.</li>
<li>Participate in additional projects/activities to support ongoing business needs as assigned by Divisional leadership.</li>
<li>Responsible for conducting Technical Training Sessions for dealers and contractors on proper Installation, start up, Commissioning, Service &amp; Troubleshooting of Daikin products, with a focus on targeted dealers with failure rates to ensure product integrity.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance to field technicians for installations, repairs, and system optimizations. Helps in understanding Daikin technology, mobile apps, technical manuals, schematics, piping and wiring diagrams.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records and reports of customer interactions, issues resolved, and solutions provided.</li>
<li>Document recurring problems and suggest preventative measures.</li>
<li>Completion of Daikin STEP (Service Technician Excellence Program) program, Daikin D-STAR testing requirements and assigned professional development</li>

As the Regional Technology Specialist, you will:
Be an integral part of J&amp;J MedTech Electrophysiology US Field Sales &amp; Service group reporting to a New Technology Manager (NTM), and closely partnering with, the Regional Business Director (RBDs) and Territory Managers (TMs). 
 
Under the general direction of the manager and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson &amp; Johnson, procedures and guidelines, you will focus on:

</li></ul>About the floating assistant property manager position:

We&rsquo;re looking for a talented assistant property manager who will be responsible for assisting the property manager in the overall operations of the property. This includes ensuring efficient operations, overseeing supplier contracts and maintenance, lease administration, monthly reporting, and ensuring a positive experience for the residents, associates, and property owners.
<ul><li>Assist the property manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.</li>
<li>Understand the operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.</li>
<li>Maintain all accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, making daily bank deposits, and maintaining a balanced, accurate rent roll.</li>
<li>Accurately and timely complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.</li>
<li>Audit records and files to identify dates requiring administrative action, such as lease expiration dates, delinquent accounts, and unlawful detainers.</li>
<li>Collect delinquent account balances from previous residents.</li>
<li>Process evictions, which includes processing all necessary paperwork, serving notices, and attending court hearings.</li>
<li>Lease apartments as needed.</li>
<li>Responsible for shopping competitive properties.</li>
<li>Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts maintenance to items that need to be repaired.</li>
<li>Processes move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.</li>
<li>Audit all new and current lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist the property manager with training staff on leasing, entering traffic into the computer, marketing, maintenance, and general office operations.</li>
<li>Compose and prepare routine correspondence, rental notices, and other letters and memorandums.</li>
<li>Assist the property manager with resident relations and problem resolution.</li>
<li>Assume responsibility for the operations of the property in the absence of the property manager.</li>
<li>Complies with all company policies, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma is required. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Two to three years of experience in property management is required</li>
<li>Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required</li>
<li>Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations</li>
<li>Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred</li>
