The Studio Photographer role requires a versatile skill set to support our varied content priorities. This position requires innate knowledge of studio lighting, photo + video equipment and the associated software, such as Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., as well as a thorough understanding of the entire Google suite. In addition to photo/video expertise, the Photographer must also have a strong eye for color, design, and composition so they can contribute to the propping component needed for some shoots. The Studio Photographer is responsible for photo creation from concept to completion. Today, the choice is a catch-22: handle your personal injury claim alone against billion-dollar insurers, or give away a third of your recovery to a lawyer even though you may not need legal work.</p>

Insurance companies have done this a million times. Personal injury lawyers have done it ten thousand times. You're doing it once &mdash; on the worst day of your life. The whole game is one-time players against repeat players, and the repeat players wrote the rules.</p>
<p>
For a hundred years, the only people with a real shot against the insurance industry were the ones who could afford a lawyer. AI just made lawyer-like help free. Mighty is the company building it &mdash; and we're hiring someone to make sure every American knows.</p>

What Mighty is</b></h3>

Mighty is an AI-native product that lets injury victims settle their own claims without handing a third of their recovery to a lawyer. Real people, real settlements, real adversaries. We're going up against two of the most entrenched repeat-player industries in America &mdash; the insurance giants who profit from lowballing claims, and the personal injury bar that takes 33% off the top to &quot;fight&quot; them &mdash; with software that finally outmatches both at their own game. Both of those industries are going to come at us. We'd like them to.</p>

AI isn&rsquo;t a tool we use, it&rsquo;s how we work. Everyone at Mighty is expected to be AI-first and on the front edge of what that technology can do.</p>

The Role</b></h3>
<p>
You'll be responsible for how Mighty shows up in the world. Short-form video is the centerpiece, and the production stack is AI-native.e want to ship more videos in a week than legacy consumer brands ship in a quarter.</p>
<p>
Your job is to turn the structural unfairness of personal injury - the repeat-player racket, the lowball offers, the trade associations protecting the cut - into content people can't stop sharing. Some of that is dramatizing real settlements (like Monique's $30,000, every dollar of which she kept). Most of it is finding new ways every week to make people see a system they've been trained not to look at.</p>
<p>
This is a zero-to-one build. There is no marketing org above you. You define the function, the voice, the velocity, and the AI stack.</p>

What You'll Own</b></h3>
<ul><li>AI-native video at high volume. Concept, script, shoot, generate, edit, ship. Daily. Fluent in Sora, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and whatever else may come next. The craft of the 15-to-60-second hook is your obsession; the AI workflow that lets you ship ten of them is your moat.</li>
<li>Organic social across the open internet. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You write, you post, you reply in comments, you live in the DMs. Reddit especially: done right it's a goldmine, done wrong it's a ban. You know the difference. Earned media and PR. Build relationships with reporters, podcasters, and creators covering consumer rights, insurance, legal tech, and AI. Pitch stories, react to news cycles, turn Mighty into a source journalists call. Organic campaigns.. Drops, partnerships, brand moments, and the occasional well-aimed provocation. No paid spend, attention is the metric.</li>
<li>Tone, taste, and trust. We are talking to people on the worst day of their lives. The bar for taste is high. AI is the production tool but the voice must remain human and clear.</li>
<li>Measurement. Track what works, kill what doesn&rsquo;t, double down fast. You&rsquo;re using AI to spot the pattern before your competitors even notice one exists.</li>

<ul><li>You can show us a body of work: (accounts, videos, threads, campaigns) that has actually performed. Years of experience is not the bar; hits are. AI-native, not AI-curious. You don't use AI tools, you think in AI workflows. You&rsquo;ve built workflows where one prompt does what a team used to do, and you can show us one.</li>
<li>You've shipped real, performant video using Sora, Veo, or Runway. You've automated content ops using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or whatever wires them together.</li>
<li>Strong taste. You can articulate why one piece of content lands and another dies.</li>
<li>A storyteller who can make a sensitive or technical topic feel clear and human in 30 seconds.</li>
<li>Comfortable pitching reporters cold.</li>
<li>Resourceful, opinionated, and energized by zero-to-one ambiguity. You don't need a brief.</li>

<p>About LockedIn AI</p><p>LockedIn AI is the real-time AI copilot for interviews and career prep. We are a consumer (B2C) product, and we grow when the right video hits the right feed and sends people to our site. We are hiring one person to own that engine.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This is not a post-and-pray social seat. You will own all of LockedIn AI's social media end to end (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) with one mission above all: find what is going viral, figure out why, build repeatable formats, and run a UGC creator program that mass-produces them. Because we are B2C, you are measured on what that content drives (site traffic and sign-ups), not just views.</p><p>What You Will Own</p><p>- All of social: TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube - strategy, calendar, posting, copy, community, and brand voice</p><p>- Viral format discovery: live monitoring of short-form to spot emerging hooks, sounds, and formats before they peak</p><p>- Format engineering: reverse-engineer why content works and turn it into repeatable templates a creator can run without you</p><p>- A UGC creator program: brief, direct, and quality-control a roster of creators producing at volume</p><p>- Conversion: own the path from feed to site to sign-up (CTAs, link funnels, the offer)</p><p>- Measurement: track the full funnel and double down on the formats that actually convert</p><p>What We Are Looking For</p><p>- You live in short-form and can explain why a video popped in five seconds</p><p>- Receipts: content you personally made that got real reach AND drove a result (traffic, sign-ups, sales) - bring numbers</p><p>- You think in repeatable formats and systems, not one-off posts</p><p>- B2C/DTC instinct: you understand how a viewer becomes a click becomes a sign-up</p><p>- You use AI daily (ideation, scripting, generative video/image, editing, automation).
