 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We're looking for a hybrid creator-and-coordinator to sit at the intersection of our social content engine and our influencer program. This role is equal parts hands-on maker and behind-the-scenes operator: you'll shoot and edit native content for our owned channels, and you'll run the day-to-day of our influencer and gifting program &mdash; casting, outreach, sending product, tracking performance, and building relationships with the creator community that already loves our brand.

Oversee development and execution of social-first assets, ensuring work is platform-native, culturally relevant, and operationally feasible</li><li>
Partner with creative and production teams to scope and deliver social content, creator-led work, and reactive moments</li><li>
Ensure creator and content outputs align with brand objectives, creative standards, and platform norms</li></ul> 
Team Leadership &amp; Social Operations<ul><li>
Steward internal processes, ensuring strong communication, clear documentation, and consistent workflows across teams and markets</li><li>
Help improve ways of working between strategy, creative, influencer, production, analytics, and media teams</li><li>
Support the evolution of Song&rsquo;s social capability by sharing learnings, refining processes, and elevating standards across engagements</li></ul></div>
 
<div>Here is what you need:
<ul><li>8+ years of experience in social-first marketing, brand social management, or integrated agency roles with an emphasis in account management.</li></ul>
Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>
Deep understanding of social platforms, cultural trends, and content behaviors</li><li>
Strong internal collaborator with a track record of connecting teams and advancing ideas</li><li>
Confident, clear communicator with clients and senior internal stakeholders</li><li>
Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving workstreams across multiple stakeholders</li><li>
Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills</li><li>
Experience with social listening, channel management, reporting, or measurement tools is a plus (Sprinklr, Sprout, Tagger, Meltwater, etc.)</li></ul> 
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
