<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of agency experience or equivalent experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content development, or related fields.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.</li>
<li>Experience supporting social media programs and influencer marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Independently capture, edit, and produce social media content for client channels, including filming short-form video at client locations, events, activations, and other content opportunities.</li>
<li>Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, including self-filming and appearing in content when required, to create platform-native assets optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, emails, and presentations.</li>

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data. As an Advocacy & Influence (A&I) expert, you will be tasked with executing creative influencer marketing activations, building deep relationships through paid and earned touchpoints, and identifying key cultural moments to drive Share of Influence (SOI) and brand love.
