Position Description
U.S. Soccer is seeking an experienced Video Producer for the Federation Video content team. The Manager will be tasked will be tasked with telling the story of soccer in all forms across the soccer landscape. This includes highlighting the Federation&rsquo;s work in service to soccer, our members (referees, coaches, member orgs, etc.) and ultimately the best of us - our athletes across our Youth and Extended National Teams. 
This role will assist in overseeing the video production for content surrounding the Federation, including all phases of the end-to-end process: shooting, field producing, and editing. It will also require assisting in the staffing of events and/or productions, as well as managing media for external vendors. There will be a heavy emphasis on maximizing video content with an &ldquo;always on&rdquo; approach, including but not limited to in-camp, match day, and partner content, with quick turnarounds.
This individual will need to collaborate with key internal stakeholders. This includes the Social Media Team, Content Strategy and Partnership Marketing on branded content, and other marketing departments for different commercial objectives across the Federation, USMNT and USWNT.
In addition to storytelling, this role will also need to conceptualize and ideate new video content series and will develop and execute video content to support the Federation&rsquo;s commercial efforts: growing Insiders, driving ticket sales, supporting kit launches, and working with U.S. Soccer&rsquo;s partners.
Travel to team events, camps and games will be required, including holidays and weekends. This includes international travel and a valid passport is required. 
Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Production of Federation video content across U.S. Soccer digital platforms.</li><li>
Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver quality visual stories of varying lengths and aspect ratios, optimized for platforms and audiences.</li><li>
Responsible for working across departments to elevate storytelling goals and objectives.</li><li>
Conceptualize and ideate new video content series in collaboration with Content Strategy, Social Media and Partnership Marketing teams.</li><li>
Execute video coverage and content plans at all matches and camps for Youth and Extended National Teams.</li><li>
Ensure footage is properly organized and cataloged in U.S. Soccer's media library in conjunction with the rest of the Video Department.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in video production, and emerging technology to keep U.S. Soccer at the forefront of innovation.</li><li>
Provide support to all U.S.S.F initiatives to support an always on approach to retain audience engagement throughout the year.</li><li>
Undertake a progressive and ongoing personal and professional developmental process attending and participating in house CPD sessions and external sessions.</li><li>

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years&rsquo; experience in video production, including experience field producing</li><li>

Superior Rigging and Erecting is seeking a Videographer responsible for producing professional video content that supports both Marketing and Learning and Development initiatives across the organization.
Based at the company&rsquo;s Atlanta headquarters, this role regularly travels to jobsites, equipment yards, and company facilities to capture real-world crane, rigging, and steel erection operations. The Videographer works closely with Marketing, Learning and Development, Operations, and Safety leadership to translate complex field work into clear, professional visual content used for branding, recruiting, operational communication, and workforce training. 
Key Responsibilities
Field Videography and Operational Documentation<ul><li>
Capture professional video footage of crane operations, rigging activities, steel erection, and other field operations</li><li>
