Service Near manages more than 700 residential properties across the Greater Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and Orlando regions, including more than 600 properties in the Tampa Bay area.
AIgentProp is our AI-powered leasing automation platform. It helps property management companies automate lead response, prospect follow-up, pre-screening, showing coordination, identity verification, listing syndication, smart access, and other lead-to-lease workflows.
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive B2B AI sales and customer acquisition for AIgentProp while also supporting the property management operations of Service Near.
Key Responsibilities B2B SaaS Sales and Growth
- Develop and execute the B2B go-to-market strategy for AIgentProp.
- Prospect and engage property management companies, brokerages, landlords, and portfolio operators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate AIgentProp’s operational and financial value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, closing, and onboarding.
- Build partnerships with property management associations, consultants, PMS providers, and referral partners.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and track meetings, conversions, recurring revenue, and customer retention.
- Collect customer feedback and work with the product team to improve AIgentProp.
- Help create a repeatable sales process that can support future national expansion.
Property Management Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of Service Near’s residential property portfolio.
- Lead regular meetings with property management, leasing, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor leasing, occupancy, rent collection, maintenance performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated owner and tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate repairs, property inspections, vendors, and operational priorities.
- Improve internal processes and ensure compliance with applicable property management and fair housing requirements.
- Use Service Near’s portfolio as a real-world environment for testing and improving AIgentProp.
Requirements
- Proven B2B SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, conduct software demonstrations, negotiate, and close customers.
- At least 2 years of management or leadership experience in property management.
- Experience with AppFolio, Rentvine, Buildium, Yardi, or similar property management software.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and owner relations.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, early-stage SaaS environment.
- Florida real estate license or willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to work in person and occasionally during evenings or weekends.
Existing relationships with property management companies and previous PropTech sales experience are strongly preferred.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
