The Account Executive- Advanced Surgical Instruments will:
<ul><li>Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings of comprehensive surgical devices and solutions including hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms. The Account Executive &ndash; ASI will have a focus on growing our energy and endomechanical platforms.

Your first meeting of the day is an in-person tour with a high-growth tech company&rsquo;s CEO, who is interested in a 10-desk office. She&rsquo;s particularly keen to learn more about our health and safety policy post COVID, and the speed of our WiFi. You are able to answer all her questions on the spot and it&rsquo;s a roaring success!
Your next meeting is with our listing brokers to review their pipelines. We&rsquo;re about to open a new location next month and we still need a big push to hit our opening occupancy target.
After lunch, you have blocked out 2 hours on your calendar to review your sales pipeline. You start by following up on last week's tours to try and close those sales. Then it's time to call 10 new leads that our BD team has passed you, to fill your tour schedule up for later in the week.
Once you&rsquo;ve organized your pipeline, and hopefully with a spring in your step after closing that big deal, you meet with the Member Experience Manager at one of your locations. You&rsquo;re planning an event for local business leaders to raise awareness about Industrious and need to confirm logistics and attendance numbers.
Your day ends with a meeting with your Regional Sales Manager to go over your sales pipeline and forecast (and tell them all about your big win from earlier!)

Compensation and Benefits
The annual total compensation range for this role, including bonus, is between $110,000 and $115,000. The successful candidate's actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

<div>TCI is looking for an ambitious Lease Salesperson for our Full Service Lease division. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to secure lease business that will maximize revenue and grow our market.
Responsibilities will also include prospecting, responding to leads through TCI's marketing system, closing and updating leads and opportunities, conducting related sales activities as discussed. Forecasting, pipeline review, keeping activities current in Salesforce system and conducting professional presentations. 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
Prospect for all lines of TCI business.<ul><li>
Daily sales calls</li><li>
Track and record call activity.</li><li>
Promote lease and all lines of business via sales initiatives.</li><li>
Establish, develop, and maintain strong ongoing relationships and communications between new and existing accounts.</li><li>
Must be goal oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Participate in weekly meetings.<ul><li> 
Report on activity weekly and input data into Salesforce.</li><li>
Meet weekly with VP of Sales to review potential prospects and opportunities.</li></ul>
Bring new and innovative ideas to the table to streamline the sales and improve the customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or issues
Focus sales efforts on TCI core business.
Build relationships, solve issues, and assist customers with their individual needs to promote strong customer retention. 
Regular worksite attendance is an essential function of the job and is necessary for a variety of reasons including but not limited to teamwork, face-to-face collaboration, and working with items or equipment that are at the place of business. 
Key Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills, programs, and processes.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude</li><li> 
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically current versions of Excel</li><li>
Superior customer service skills.</li><li>
Goal oriented. &quot;Can Do&quot; attitude, and strong energy level</li><li>
Valid Driver License</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Highly computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently</li><li>

Education/Experience:</h3>
Preferred Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field,
5+ years of related experience. 
Compensation and Schedule:<ul><li> 
Total Compensation starting at $100,000 annually (base + commission)</li><li>
Car allowance and Fuel Card</li><li>
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm</li></ul>
