This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling, supporting marketing, sales, and executive communications. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Design polished, on-brand presentations and decks, collateral, video and any creative asks for sales, marketing, leadership, and client audiences</li>
<li>Create video and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, events, and internal communications</li>
<li>Turn complex information into clear, visually engaging stories</li>
<li>Maintain consistency with AccuWeather's brand standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and subject-matter experts</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional design experience (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li>
<li>Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar tools)</li>
<li>Advanced presentation design experience (PowerPoint, Google Slides)</li>
<li>Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li>
<li>Ability to take feedback and communicate design decisions clearly</li>
<li>AI-savvy. Uses it to move faster for concept and rapid visual prototyping</li>
</ul>
 Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Motion graphics or data visualization experience</li>
<li>Figma or collaborative design tools</li>
<li>Experience with B2B or data-driven storytelling</li></ul> 


Pay Transparency: AccuWeather offers a competitive salary commensurate to experience in the range of $55K - $75K.
