Sign routine correspondence of a non-medical nature.</li><li> Perform administrative duties related to Human Resources: prepares Personnel Action forms/ Employee Status forms and assures all new hire paperwork is correct. Maintain all personnel files, ensuring all records are current and are compliant.</li><li> Prepares payroll for H.S.A. review. Position Summary:</b></p><p>
Provide exceptional customer service to make sure the highest quality work standards are achieved and maintained according to practice policies and procedures. Handles customer calls by answering questions, finding solutions to issues, scheduling, answering concerns or complaints and providing important information. Must possess superior customer service skills and professionalism, ability to multi-task, be conscientious and compassionate to clients and staff. Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Answer phone calls in a professional manner and respond to voicemails in a timely manner and utilize other technologies as they become available to communicate with our patients.</li><li>
Guide patients through troubleshooting for company technology such as but not limited to telehealth applications and portals.</li><li>
Process medication prior authorizations.</li><li>
Support providers with various administrative duties including document preparation, written and electronic correspondence, phone calls and completion of required forms and paperwork.</li><li>
Answer general questions about the practice and services provided.</li><li>
Collaborate with other team members and locations to provide excellent customer service in a timely, accurate, thorough and professional manner to resolve patient issues.</li><li>
Coordinate care between patients and providers.</li><li>
Manage patient scheduling needs and provide general information and support to include collecting patient financial responsibility, relaying financial information and obtaining insurance updates when requested.</li><li>
Complete documentation in EMR in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.</li><li>
Provide administrative support to providers, facilitate patient-provider coordination, and assist with regulatory compliance and licensure maintenance.</li><li>
Follow the processes for supporting medication refill requests.</li><li>
Help train new team members as needed.</li><li>
Track completion of required paperwork for patient files for providers.</li><li>
Follow processes for on-site medication handling.</li><li>
Potentially be trained in Interventional Treatment support.</li><li>
Maintain dependable attendance in accordance with agreed upon work schedule. Provide timely notification of tardiness or absence.</li><li>
Help support clinicians and prescribers on managing waitlists.</li><li>

A full-time position is available for a highly motivated research technician at the translational immunogenomics laboratory (TIGL). The technician will contribute to new technologies for characterizing T cell specificity and neoantigen peptide properties in cancer and infectious disease. The laboratory uses various techniques in immunology, cell culture, molecular biology, protein engineering, and mass-spectrometry to develop and scale high throughput methods for mapping the antigen specificity of millions of T cells using single-cell RNA sequencing. TIGL also takes part in DFCI Neoantigen based cancer vaccine trials, and all the patient samples are analyzed in TIGL laboratories. The technician will be responsible for immune monitoring of ongoing Neoantigen-based cancer vaccine trials, protein purification, preparing samples for mass-spectrometry, and cellular immunology workflows, including flow cytometry and single-cell RNA seq. The technician should have excellent record-keeping skills and a drive to work develop new methods in immunology. Training is available in all protocols and procedures; experience with basic techniques in cell culture and biology is strongly preferred. Previous experience with computational biology, knowledge of R and single cell analysis is beneficial.</p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></p><p>
The candidate will be expected to independently carry out essential research functions in the laboratory that include but are not limited to experience in cell and molecular biology techniques.</p><p>
