JOB OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the company to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly. Serves as the first point of contact for clients, prospects and visiting team members on the phone as well as in person. Distribution of electronic mail to account managers utilizing various business applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul><li>Reception &ndash; Greeting visitors, setting up meetings &amp; troubleshooting.</li><li>Identifying, processing and distribution of mail in a timely manner.</li><li>Opens and closes front desk/reception area (locking and unlocking doors, switching phones into day/night mode). Maintain a neat and clean reception area and posts appropriate signs for office closures, holiday hours, etc.</li><li>Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating and scanning documents.</li><li>Processing outgoing mail including USPS and FedEx.</li><li>Order office supplies and maintain inventory and organization of supply room.</li><li>Contributes to a team effort by assisting in other related areas as needed.</li><li>Complies with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.</li></ul></div>

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

COMPENSATION:

The national average hourly rate for this role is $29.75 - $34.85 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
