The Theranostics &amp; Research Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the growing Theranostics Program and the clinical research portfolio at East River Medical Imaging. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care, scheduling research and therapeutic procedures, supporting study start-up activities, managing clinical trial data transfers, maintaining regulatory and study documentation, and serving as a liaison between patients, research sponsors, study sites, and clinical staff.
The Coordinator serves as a primary operational contact for the Pluvicto&reg; therapy program and assists in ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment journey. The role also supports East River-sponsored and investigator-initiated research studies through participant coordination, documentation management, informed consent support, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), institutional policies, and protocol requirements.

Theranostics Program Coordination

 Our client, a top-tier investment firm, is seeking a highly capable
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 to support a dynamic team of professionals, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates. This individual will serve as a true partner, building strong relationships grounded in trust, discretion, and exceptional execution. The EA will manage calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and handle a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 Hours are 8:45/9-5:45/6pm, requiring Monday-Thursday on-site with Fridays remote.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting team members in New York City: (2) MDs and (5-6) Team members varying from VP and Associate level
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability to support more professionals if the team expands
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage phones / messages (a professional point of contact to clients/investors)
 </li>
 <li>
 Heavy scheduling / calendar management
 </li>
 <li>
 Booking travel (coordinating with travel agency) - domestic and international travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle expenses - process in a timely manner in accordance with company policy via Concur
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with Receptionist to order/coordinate catering for in office meetings when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with restaurant reservations for business meetings when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing business visas when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Printing/binding as needed or for meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Setup video conference and presentations for meetings when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ad hoc projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player - Required to fill in for other assistants when needed (such as vacation / sick coverage)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Ideal Candidate:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years' administrative assistant experience (in the financial industry ideal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely polished, professional, and proactive
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast passed environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Concur a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech savvy a plus (Will need to learn to use AV systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be very organized; impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
 </li>
 <li>
 Great attitude / Team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be flexible with regards to work hours; overtime may be required
 </li>
 <li>
 In person office attendance required Monday through Thursday with flexibility on Friday
 </li>
