This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive environment dedicated to beauty and wellness excellence.Duties<ul><li>Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Gel X, Hard gel and nail art with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements</li><li>Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations, ensuring the safety of clients and staff</li><li>Stay current on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services</li><li>Promote retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items through effective upselling strategies</li><li>Assist with maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for daily operations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and client satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, sanitation standards, and skin health</li><li>Experience with various nail treatments such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care</li><li>Familiarity with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations</li><li>Ability to perform retail math for upselling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment</li><li>Passion for continuous learning about new trends in nail design and overall beauty industry advancements</li></ul>Join us as a Nail Technician where your artistry meets exceptional service!
