 We are the regional office overseeing US Latin and Latin America based in Miami, representing some of the greatest songwriters and producers shaping Latin music. You will be in charge of providing critical support and coordination for the Latin America team and helping to manage the Warner Chappell Miami office.
 
 
 
 Your role:
 
 
 
 This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-organized, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to join the WCM LATAM team. You will provide critical administrative support to the President of LATAM and ensure the efficient operation of the Miami office. This role offers exposure to different facets of the business by serving as a liaison connecting key internal stakeholders to coordinate regional logistics, executive support, and operational functions.
 
 
 
 Here you&rsquo;ll get to:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President of LATAM, including schedule management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage the WCM Miami office, serving as the main point of contact with Facilities, Security, and IT to ensure office needs are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a key liaison with various internal stakeholders, such as the People team, local Finance, and corporate Communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track people movements across Latin America region and update HR on changes such as consultant extensions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to the President of LATAM in the implementation and completion of diverse strategies and projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Facilities team to coordinate Miami office relocation and logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and presentations as requested.

 About you:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal &amp; written skills in both English and Spanish
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of three (3) years in an administrative support or operations role in a professional environment, preferably in music publishing or related business supporting a high-level business partner
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization skills and pay high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions

 Ability to design high-quality decks and visual materials using presentation platforms, such as Canva or Google Slides.
