  As an AI Solutions Analyst at Constellation, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence across the company. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, HR, Finance, Growth, and Customer Success to identify time sinks, centralize systems, and build in-house AI functionality to replace costly external services and improve internal processes.

</p><p><b>THE ROLE</b></p>

The Senior Analyst, Consumer &amp; Customer Insights - Global Retail Hair &amp; OPI is responsible for providing consumer insights to the Global Retail Hair &amp; OPI teams based on consumer research and analysis of market data and trends trends. This person will bring the voice of the consumer to business building initiatives involving cross function teams from Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital, Creative, PR/Influencer Marketing, and R&amp;D. This individual will also play a key role in the integration of modern, AI-driven research tools into the Strategy &amp; Insights team.</p>
<p><b>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
</b></p><ul><li>Analyze and report market tracking data from various sources, covering different distribution channels including Nielsen, Numerator, and Euromonitor.</li>
<li>Together with agency partners, plan and execute, multi-country primary consumer research to build foundational knowledge and support marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Proactively research, source, and facilitate implementation of new vendors, tools and approaches that utilize AI to analyze data and conduct primary research.</li>
<li>Continuously track and share consumer trends to facilitate quicker response through marketing and products/packaging innovation.</li>
<li>Update reporting tools to track consumer/market KPIs.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<ul>
<li>&gt;2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights or strategy (corporate or consulting), ideally in a large beauty or FMCG multinational.</li>
<li>Experience with market tracking solutions, such Nielsen, IRI, or Numerator.</li>
<li>Experience using AI-based consumer research tools and practical application of AI in analytical processes</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate meaning and conclusions from a large amount of quantitative and qualitative data. Proficiency in Excel. Detail orientation.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; proficiency in PPT presentation skills

</li></ul><div>We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
