Why this role exists
We are scaling across client engagements: post-training dataset creation, benchmarking programs, and ongoing evaluation partnerships. Each project spans a different mix of AI labs, creative-tool companies, and research teams, with different requirements, timelines, and quality bars. We need someone to own this work from end to end.
Think of yourself as the operator for a project or vertical. You sit between three groups that do not naturally talk to each other: the client who needs the data, the creative experts producing it, and the internal engineering team building the tooling. Your job is to make all three feel like they are working on the same thing, and to ship results that are both rigorous and genuinely useful.
What you'll own<ul><li>
The methodology. Annotation protocols, rubrics, and evaluation designs for creative and multimodal outputs.</li><li>
Delivery. Scope, evaluator staffing, quality routing, timelines, and the client relationship, from kickoff to final readout.</li><li>
Quality. Data quality, inter-rater reliability, and real-time course correction when something feels off. You hold the bar, and you hold the levers to fix it.</li><li>
Analysis and storytelling. Qualitative and quantitative analysis turned into clear findings, recommendations, reports, and workshops that clients act on.</li><li>
The systems behind it. You turn repeated work into clean, measurable process, and you partner with engineering on the tooling that makes that process faster and more reliable.</li><li>

What you'll do

Brex is entering its next phase of growth as part of Capital One, scaling from roughly $500M in revenue toward billions. As we do, procurement spend has emerged as one of our largest untapped opportunities: tens of billions of dollars in vendor payments still move over ACH and check rather than card. With the rise of virtual cards, capturing that spend represents a significant and largely greenfield opportunity, and this role owns it.

As the leader of Spend Conversion, you will build the strategy, playbook, and eventually the team responsible for migrating enterprise vendor spend onto Brex. You will operate at the intersection of product, implementation, business development, and sales, partnering directly with our largest customers to unlock spend that currently lives outside our platform. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define what success looks like, prove the model, and scale it.

Rather than replicating the manual, high-headcount approach legacy issuers rely on, you will design a differentiated, AI-native function built for how Brex operates. It is a high-visibility role with meaningful room to grow, and the opportunity to establish a function that becomes a core driver of the company's next stage of growth.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in our New York City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities

<li>Build the Spend Conversion function from the ground up, defining the strategy, entry criteria, engagement model, and KPIs for converting non-card vendor spend to Brex.</li>
<li>Envision a holistic approach involving key parties and operations from Capital One as well as 3rd party vendors.</li>

Experience:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences across FOX News Media's digital products, including FOX News, FOX Business and OutKick. You'll lead end-to-end design initiatives across multiple product teams, bringing strong product thinking, interaction design expertise, and visual craft to experiences ranging from content discovery and audience engagement to emerging AI-powered products.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Required<ul><li>
Typically, 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.</li><li>
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, interaction, and visual design across shipped consumer-facing products.</li><li>
Experience leading product design initiatives from discovery through implementation in close partnership with Product and Engineering.</li><li>
Expertise designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.</li><li>
Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.</li><li>
Experience using AI-powered design and coding tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate design exploration and interactive prototyping.</li><li>
Ability to build functional prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product concepts.</li><li>
Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.</li><li>
