The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a work site in optimal conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other functions, while reporting issues to the supervisor. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and enterprising person who can plan, prioritize, and take initiative at work. We are looking for people with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning the buildings include: emptying trash, vacuuming floors, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning assigned surfaces.
Must be able to lift. Must be able to carry or lift more than 30 pounds.<ul><li>
Oversee building safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking appliance use to ensure no hazards are created.</li><li>
Properly use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.</li><li>
Use approved cleaning chemicals, and using the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), you must also comply with the SDS (Safety Data Sheets that provide valuable information for the employee health and safety program).</li><li>
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and soaps.</li><li>
Dust furniture and scrub areas until they are clean.</li><li>
Clean and service bathrooms as often as necessary using mops and appropriate disinfectants.</li><li>
Arrive on time for the scheduled shift and complete all work within the assigned time.</li></ul>
Identify and report necessary repairs on equipment to ensure they are well maintained. Train in other tasks or areas assigned by the Supervisor.</div>
