About the Role</b></h1><p>
We are seeking a Recruiting Consultant to support hiring needs across a mission-driven organization focused on affordable housing and property management operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the majority of work centers on staffing coordination and recruiting operations, with additional responsibility supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Recruiting &amp; Staffing (Primary Focus)</b></h2><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting coordination for property management, maintenance, and resident services roles</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing needs across multiple sites</li><li>Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring timelines</li><li>Track requisitions, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics</li><li>Initiate offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements</li><li>Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Coordination &amp; Operational Support</b></h2><ul><li>Support onboarding processes</li><li>Maintain employee records and staffing data within ATS/HRIS systems</li><li>Support compliance activities (I-9s, audits, documentation)</li><li>Contribute to HR projects as assigned</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, staffing, or HR support roles</li><li>Experience supporting high-volume or multi-site hiring environments</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines</li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h1><ul><li>Experience in nonprofit, affordable housing, or property management environments</li><li>Experience supporting frontline or field-based roles (maintenance, leasing, resident services)</li><li>Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments (e.g., HUD, Fair Housing)</li><li>HR-related degree or certification</li></ul></div>
