   12 or more years of progressive experience in corporate security, military, law enforcement, intelligence, emergency management, or related discipline

   Previous experience leading global or multi-region security programs and teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience conducting security risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies

   Previous experience supporting crisis management, incident response, or emergency operations

   Basic working knowledge of core security disciplines, including physical security, investigations, crisis management, executive protection, and security technology
