 Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Technology Practice . This is an entry level position where you&rsquo;ll work collaboratively with team members on key account projects and help organize the team around upcoming assignments. You&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to learn more about the industry and agency and explore different roles and skillsets within public relations and communications.
 
 
 You will be responsible for developing highly curated media lists to provide your teams with accurate journalist and influencer information to successfully secure coverage for clients. This role will also entail conducting industry news monitoring to flag any trends, issues and media coverage for clients.  In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $50K- $60K .  Our client is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant. This Executive Assistant will support two Vice Presidents on the Subscriber Growth &amp; Monetization team. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.

 Pay Rate: $26&ndash;$30 per hour

 Responsibilities:

 Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal meetings, including video conferencing, room bookings, and logistics

 <li>
 Handle all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and expense reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide day-to-day administrative support including calls, mail, document tracking, and supply management
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate team events, offsites, and departmental communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal teams, executives, and administrative staff across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain office operations (supplies, kitchen, shared spaces)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as required
 
 
 
 </li>

 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience supporting Director-level or above executives in a corporate environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience at The Walt Disney Company
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to anticipate executive needs and adapt to changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Suite
