 Responsibilities

The property is stable with minimal day-to-day issues; the workload is light and consistent. This role is as much about financial discipline and organization as it is about property operations. This is not a turnaround&mdash;it is a stewardship role designed for someone comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of decisions without constant oversight.
