</p><p>The Morgan Library &amp; Museum seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer. This role provides administrative support on a day-to-day basis, works on a wide range of special projects, and coordinates activities with Morgan staff and/or external entities as needed. The position has frequent interaction with trustees, including providing support for board and board committees and back-up administrative assistance for the director.</p><p>
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing and distributing meeting materials, drafting meeting minutes, coordinating the preparation of agreements and institutional responses to surveys, proofreading a variety of texts, and drafting and laying out presentations. Additionally, this position manages special projects, as designated by executive staff. The Administrative Assistant is expected to provide a welcoming presence in the offices of the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer in person, on the telephone, and through electronic media.</p>
Requirements:

Our in-jail clinical services include medical, nursing, and mental health care; pharmacy services; substance-use treatment; social work; dental and vision care; discharge planning; and reentry support.</p><p><b>
Position Overview</b></p><p>
Under supervision of the Site Medical Director, the Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and thoughtful care to our patients in the New York City jail system. The Physician Assistant will provide general primary care including conducting histories and physicals, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and evaluating the need for consult services</p><p><b>
Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Evaluate the need for consult services and submit the prioritized consult when indicated.</li><li>
Complete comprehensive histories and physicals on all new admissions including documentation of problem list, diagnosis, orders (e.g. labs, imaging and referrals) and ordering appropriate medications where applicable.</li><li>
Evaluate patients requesting sick call, schedule follow-ups and update medication orders.</li><li>
Update problem lists and reconcile patient orders at all visits.</li><li>
Implement plans for patientcare utilizing protocols approved by the Medical Director and/or treatment plans reflecting the current standard of care.</li><li>
Request radiology exams, lab tests, EKGs when clinically indicated and interpret these results based on clinical findings and in consultation with supervisors where appropriate.</li><li>
Review all specialty consults and hospital returns to ensure that the standard of care is met and recommendations of the consultant are implemented.</li><li>
Perform chart reviews and summaries for patients transferring facilities including updating problem lists, rewriting medication orders, and reconciling orders and consults as needed.</li><li>

They learn how to operate EKG equipment, identify common heart abnormalities, ensure patient safety, and follow clinical protocols. The Phlebotomy Certification Program (Hybrid) provides the hands-on skills needed to safely draw blood, process specimens, and support laboratory testing in clinical settings. Students learn venipuncture techniques, proper handling and labeling procedures, infection control, patient communication, and safety practices required in hospitals, labs, and outpatient centers. Both courses prepare them to sit for the national certification exam and begin a vital role in today&rsquo;s healthcare system, including hospitals, cardiology offices, diagnostic labs, and outpatient care centers.</p><p>CPS is currently seeking Continuing Education Teachers (CETs) in our expanding Allied Health programs to support program delivery and ensure operational excellence. The Division of Building and Land Development Services (BLDS) leads the agency&rsquo;s effort in providing architectural, engineering, cost valuation, environmental planning, and construction support services to the various divisions within HPD&rsquo;s Office of Development. The Office of Development utilizes a public-private partnership model and provides loans, grants, and/or incentives to assist in the finance of housing development projects that will benefit low- and moderate-income New Yorkers.

As Data Analyst, you will report to the Deputy Director of Analytics, within the BLDS Executive Office. You will work with the six other BLDS units to facilitate the analysis of internal and cross-agency data, while identifying trends in housing development projects. In addition, you will develop metrics and prepare reports and analyses related to performance evaluation, compliance, projects, or other initiatives.
