Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li></ul>

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be eighteen years of age or older.</li><li>
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.</li><li>
Manages a team of 1-5 direct reports</li><li>
Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others, in addition to personnel issues (including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates)</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
MBA or Masters preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing a team of technically advanced analytical professionals</li><li>
Experience managing an A/B testing program and working with database-driven sites and content management tools</li><li>
Experience in relevant marketing analytics and models</li><li>
Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources, particularly the skill of expressing complex issues with clarity &amp; simplicity</li><li>
Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines</li><li>
Open to idea exploration with strong problem-solving/analytical abilities</li><li>
Leadership and supervisory skills</li><li>
Possess executive-level communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Demonstrated strength in creating partnerships and in building relationships with other functions and associates within the organization</li></ul>
