 The incumbent will assume responsibility for the Dividend and IPO Processing unit and will ensure timely and accurate distribution/ payments of dividends to a corporate entity&rsquo;s shareholders by virtue of the contractual arrangement entered into by the respective corporate entity with Group Corporate Credit.  To qualify for the role, you must have:

 Undergraduate/University degree
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years prior, related work experience preferably in Compliance, Quality, Internal Audit, Legal or Risk Management functions or in other fast-paced international organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in working with Outlook and all Microsoft Office products. IT literate, savvy in working with technology in general, ability to promptly learn to work with new systems and tools, detect issues and able to initiate their resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and time-keeping abilities. Previous EA/PA experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 An eye for detail and oriented towards continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively partner and collaborate with other functions on various initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to balance the need to be approachable and supportive with the requirement to be resolute and resilient in challenging situations

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices, governance processes and regulatory compliance across the organisation.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks.</li><li>Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).</li><li>Monitor operational risk events and maintain risk registers.</li><li>Prepare risk reports for senior management and governance committees.</li><li>Assist with business continuity and resilience initiatives.</li><li>Monitor regulatory requirements and recommend improvements.</li><li>Develop and review policies, procedures and control documentation.</li><li>Work with business units to identify and mitigate operational risks.</li><li>Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or similar.</li><li>5+ years' experience within Operational or Enterprise Risk.</li><li>Experience with governance, controls and risk reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of RCSA methodology.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Banking or financial services experience preferred.</li></ul>
