About The Opportunity
The Associate Director of CRM Marketing &amp; Operations will lead a team of marketers responsible for building communication and lifecycle programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers via email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Analytics, Operations, Business Owners, Brand, Creative, Data Engineering, Product, external vendors, etc.) to create and execute CRM strategies that drive value across the entire consumer lifecycle, from increasing early customer engagement, engaging and retaining active customers, re-engaging lapsed customers.
To support the above, in this position you will focus on leading the end to end development, execution, and launch of marketing plans, holistic management of the CRM calendar, continuous and data-informed advancement of messaging strategy and performance, and process and operational quality management. The ideal candidate will bring a constant business-outcomes orientation with a proven ability to bring programs forward from conception to delivery. POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department, supporting campaigns and communications across digital, print and on-site channels. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative and an effective communicator with strong writing and time-management skills. This position offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions—including digital content creation, website maintenance, data analysis, copywriting and editing, traditional print and digital traffic management and budget support.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Collaborate with members of the marketing and graphic design teams to ensure the timely delivery of all advertisements and marketing materials, including managing the turnover of building posters and the banners in front of the theater.
 Manage digital design requests to keep website-related assets on schedule. Maintain and update internal marketing and social calendars to streamline communication with external teams related to email marketing and social media schedules.
 
Assist with maintaining updates throughout content management system (WordPress) including home page, play detail pages and event pages. Perform daily/weekly site QA and troubleshooting. Maintain SEO across The Goodman’s website to optimize The Goodman’s search visibility.
 Co-manage, write and maintain weekly updates for LinkedIn as the key stakeholder on this platform. Aid in copywriting, editing and publishing content along with creating alt text for images across The Goodman’s other social media platforms.
 Assist the Director of Digital Strategy with monthly reports to track the performance of The Goodman site and maintain the Google Grant account in service of promotional advertisement for Goodman productions to support overall growth in single ticket sales.
 Work with the Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing plans and execution for Goodman special events (i.e. Rentals, summer programming).
 
Track expenses within the marketing budget and assist during the annual budget reconciliation alongside the Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer.
 Assist the Director of Audience Development with the cultivation, outreach and execution of items in support of our accessible and enhanced services. Write play summaries for enhanced accessibility and for use by Education in developing student guides.
 Lead the recruitment of College Ambassadors and promote College Nights to university students.
 Alongside the marketing team, they compile data related to both traditional and digital marketing efforts to understand ROI, trends and more.
 Ensure The Goodman’s listings are updated on partner sites (Choose Chicago, Chambers of Commerce, etc.).
 Fulfill any partner organization requests for mutual marketing support including email swaps and reciprocal social media posts.
 Provide additional support as needed, including assistance in staffing and executing events.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing or administrative experience preferred
 Excellent writing, communication and project managing skills
 Familiarity with Tessitura (or other CRM database) preferred
 Facility with Excel required

Are you a searching for a dynamic role that blends product marketing with innovation? We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Associate Brand Manager . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with multiple brands, guiding products from concept to launch while crafting innovative marketing strategies to position our products in the marketplace. You&rsquo;ll conduct market research, lead projects, and create compelling content&mdash;all within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new product opportunities. This includes involvement in voice of customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather actionable insights that inform product development and improvement.
</li><li>Project Management: Manage the product development process using Stage Gate methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of existing products.
</li><li>Product Launch Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including crafting messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns to ensure successful product introductions in the market.
</li><li>Marketing Material Development: Create compelling marketing materials and content that enhance product shopability, guiding customers through their buying journey and helping them understand our product offerings.
</li><li>Campaign Development: Develop and execute promotional campaigns for strategic product lines within our portfolio, utilizing market insights to create targeted messaging that resonates with our audience.
</li><li>Analytics: Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance to guide product marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful launch execution.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
</li><li>Strong project management skills; familiarity with the Stage Gate process is a plus.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 The Senior Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Art Director, providing design and creative solutions for the marketing needs of our Sportswear business (apparel + footwear). The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the complete graphic design process from initial concept to production, including motion and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and experience in a variety of campaign and digital design disciplines.The successful candidate will be passionate about creating visually appealing and engaging designs that help us achieve our strategic goals.
 
 
 
 Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partners with Art/Creative Director, marketing teams, and internal designers, to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Concepts around high-level campaign strategy and builds visual centers for upcoming product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designs across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, and other specialty projects as assigned by the Art Director and Project Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with copywriters on strategy, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with the project manager to keep projects on track while managing multiple initiatives at once
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 This role requires an associate degree in graphics or a related area; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred plus at least 5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of previous work.
 
 
 
 Other Qualifications Include

 Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out.

 Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and adobe software. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software

 Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Motion and video design abilities required
 </li>

 Basic understanding of print production

 Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams

 A reasonable estimate of the
 
 pay range is $85,000-100,000 per year
