Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
 
About the Opportunity: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Marketing to develop and maintain digital marketing tech stack and digital marketing strategic plan. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all digital channels to promote PHCbi brand products to attract, engage, convert, and retain PHCNA customers.
 
This role will be responsible for creating and supporting the digital strategy for a variety of target audiences and implementing that across all internal and external digital channels. The digital marketing analyst has a strong grasp of current and evolving marketing platforms, CRM, and AI tools, thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
 
Location: This is a hybrid position that will report to the Wood Dale facility Tuesdays through Thursdays every week.
 
What you will be doing: 
Assist Director of Marketing with developing and managing integrated and innovative marketing strategies and tactics for PHCbi brand products’ digital platforms, growing lead generation and traffic through digital efforts: Analysis of PPC, SEO, organic and paid social, and programmatic digital activity
 Establish and monitor benchmarks for campaigns and tactics
 Develop strategic and tactical recommendations
 Define and build new processes/frameworks to address new marketing use cases as they arise
 Recommend and Implement marketing tech stack improvements to support further enhancement of the digital marketing capabilities at PCHNA
 
Leverage marketing automation capabilities to build and maintain scalable campaigns inclusive of driving continuous campaign improvement, QA and deployment.
 Monitoring of email marketing campaigns in Dynamics 365.
 Utilize A/B testing, pixels, and other digital user information to inform an audience segmentation strategy for digital communications.
 Oversee the SEO performance of PHCbi brand products’ digital platforms, ensuring we keep up to date with best practices and strategies.
 Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting to inform the marketing team for tactical outcomes and adjustments.
 Report on and assess campaigns based on data analysis to ensure the most effective approach to digital marketing to guide future campaigns. Advise the Marketing Director when to pivot strategies and deliverables based on this data.
 Be the key point of contact with technical stakeholders such as IT, and support teams to ensure any challenges with the CRM platform are collaboratively addressed.
 In collaboration with Sales Director managing Dealers, provide support to dealers and resellers in maintaining websites and product information to reflect PHCNA’s current product and service offering.
 Align with product team to update website and digital assets for PHCNA
 Support the development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketing platform for marketing automation and analysis.
 Strong data storyteller with intermediate PowerPoint proficiency.
 Responsible for events management in CRM including forms creation, database uploads and maintenance.
 
What you need for success: 
3-5 years of experience in developing digital marketing strategies, maintaining social media, websites, and e-mail communications including PowerBi dashboard creation.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or comparable experience.
 At least 3 years’ experience working hands-on in marketing automation implementation, with preference for building campaigns through CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365.
 Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and newsletter platforms/tools.
 Passion for social media; strong awareness of emerging web trends and best practices.
 Understanding of AI platforms and passionate about implementing AI to improve digital marketing and customer experience.
 Deep understanding of audience segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, and direct marketing.

The hiring range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. POSITION OVERVIEW: 
The Marketing Manager at Shedd is passionate, creative, highly curious, and experienced. This role will oversee and execute the day-to-day responsibilities across paid and owned marketing channels at Shedd Aquarium. This position will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop marketing strategies that drive revenue and create engaging experiences for paid audiences, website visitors and email subscribers. This position will leverage their marketing execution expertise and build strategy knowledge to support the organization's goals, amplify our mission, impact and offerings, and expand and diversify current and future audiences.
 
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking, hands-on, results-driven, and highly collaborative team. This individual will oversee the day-to-day management of Shedd's website, email and paid media requests, as well as ensuring email and web best practices are followed throughout the organization. This role will live within Shedd's External Affairs & Marketing (EAM) division but will work cross-functionally with other teams such as Ancillary, Learning and Community, Design and Exhibits, Guest Relations, and Development.
 
This role is responsible for putting together and overseeing marketing campaign strategy proposals for internal teams (clients) at Shedd. <div>Fernwood Communities is looking to hire a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to join our team and contribute to providing the highest possible quality of service and an exemplary living experience for our residents.
We are hiring a Purchasing Inventory Coordinator for Lake Meadows Apartments! The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with a pay rate of $20/hour.
The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator maintains and monitors all administrative and operational aspects of the inventory stock room for our maintenance department, with major emphasis on control and record keeping. You will be responsible for purchasing and stocking all parts and supplies necessary to maintain the property of nearly 2,000 apartment units.<div>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul><li>Create and complete all Purchase Orders in Salesforce.</li><li>Ensure all inventory items are purchased in accordance with company policies and at the best price available by comparing vendor prices.</li><li>Receive, unpack, quality check, store, and track inventory materials.</li><li>Keep accurate and detailed records of all items entering and leaving the stockroom. Update incoming and outgoing stock inventory in the computer system.</li><li>Audit inventory purchases and monitor stockroom supply to ensure it matches record in our system.</li><li>Sort, organize, and mark inventory items with appropriate identifying code(s).</li></ul>
&bull; Respond to employee requests in a courteous and timely manner.&bull; Keep the inventory stockroom, work and storage areas clean and equipment in good working order. 
<ul><li>Perform duties according to Occupations Safety &amp; Health Act (OSHA) standards and company safety policies at all times.</li><li>Wear the required uniform and always maintains a professional appearance.</li><li>Must be available to work additional hours during peak summer season</li><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li></ul> 

QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul><li>2-5 years&rsquo; experience in materials or inventory coordination for a maintenance or construction group.</li><li>2-5 years&rsquo; experience with knowledge of janitorial and maintenance practices, procedures and equipment.</li><li>High school diploma or GED. Must have good math and knowledge of measuring units (feet, inches, gallons, etc.).</li><li>Thorough and attentive to detail.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Must have good communication skills.</li><li>Familiar with computers and other electronic office and business equipment.</li></ul></div><div>
