 The HR Generalist will serve as an HR Business partner and trusted resource to associates and people managers, primarily supporting the New York Buying Office. Operating in a generalist capacity, this role provides hands-on HR guidance across a range of areas including associate relations, manager coaching, policy interpretation, and day-to-day inquiries.

 The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.  What You Will Do And What You Will Learn...

 Provide HR support to assigned client group, including but not limited to: Investigating and resolving Associate concerns, providing guidance and coaching to managers on handling performance concerns
