Key Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional setting.</li><li>
ISTA diagnostic tool experience.</li><li>
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license, authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>
Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR check).</li></ul><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles, specializing in BMWs.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and perform high-quality repairs on a variety of automotive systems.</li><li>
Communicate directly with Service Advisors and Parts Department for seamless service.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.</li><li>
Participate in continuous training on the latest BMW technologies and repair methods.</li></ul><p><b>
