The Broker Manager is responsible for driving individual Medicare attribution growth in partnership with assigned broker agencies and advisor distribution partners. As a key member of the market growth team, they collaborate with clinical and operations teams to develop and execute market-level growth strategies. This role requires close coordination with growth, marketing, local market leadership, and enterprise matrix partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Additionally, the Broker Manager supports Medicare Advantage (MA) attribution growth through the National Educate and Advise (E&amp;A) call center, while leading local market execution of marketing and promotional campaigns on behalf of VillageMD. They are directly accountable for driving attribution growth with Select Local Broker Agencies and Advisors, aligning with VillageMD's value proposition and clinic-level growth strategy, as formulated and executed by the Director.
The Broker Manager will support the Director, MA Market Growth in developing local payor partnerships in coordination with local market leadership with whom they will identify and cultivate preferred local broker agencies and advisors aligning with markets, clinics and associated growth strategies and performance targets. To assure local market success, the Broker Manager is responsible for clinic-level readiness for AEP, OEP and Lockin/SEP for assigned geographies and clinics, including alignment on growth objectives and roles and responsibilities, understanding of growth strategy, channel distribution partners and intimacy of relationship between clinic staff and assigned agencies and advisors. The scope of performance accountability is for designated geographies and clinics within the market and assigned broker agencies and advisors.
This role will report directly to Director, MA Market Growth with responsibility to local market leadership.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Plan, lead and execute risk-based internal audits of the RIA&rsquo;s core advisory and wealth management processes, including portfolio management, trading activities, sales and distribution practices, client onboarding, fee billing, books and records, order handling, best execution, custody oversight, conflicts of interest disclosures, and client suitability and cross-border. Provide recommendations to strengthen governance, policies, procedures, and control frameworks. Able to identify relevant risks, recommending enhancements as needed and to properly document the audit process.
Evaluate compliance with applicable U.S. regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and other relevant regulatory or supervisory frameworks, as well as applicable global regulatory requirements where relevant. (Form ADV disclosures, Code of Ethics (Rule 204A-1), Best execution and trade allocation requirements and AML, KYC, and data privacy regulations as applicable.
Prepare audit reports in line with Internal standards, ensuring they clearly communicate objectives, scope, methodology, findings, root causes, risk ratings, and recommended actions. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insight on control enhancements, process efficiencies, and regulatory developments.
Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and constructively to senior management. Escalate significant control weaknesses or regulatory risks to senior management and governance committees. Track audit findings, management action plans, and remediation progress to completion.
Support regulatory examinations and inquiries by preparing documentation and responding to regulator requests.
Contribute to develop and implement risk-based audit plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Job Brief<div>
The Property Manager is responsible for all property operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. The Property Manager will utilize industry-specific software such as OneSite and RealPage to streamline lease administration and financial reporting.</div> 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Manage all aspects of property operations including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and fair housing laws to maintain eligibility and avoid legal issues.</li><li>
Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly.</li><li>
Hires, terminates, trains, and supervises all on‐site staff. This includes annual performance reviews, review and approve timesheets, instructing and advising staff about employee procedures and guidelines.</li><li>
Assist in creating budgets for the upcoming calendar year.</li><li>
Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis.</li></ul><div></div> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Certification in Property Management (e.g., CPM, ARM) or related professional credentials (Preferred)</li><li>
3+ years of proven experience as a property manager.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing regulations, and property maintenance standards.</li><li>
Proficiency in RealPage products or similar property management software.</li><li>
