The Role:

As a Business Systems Analyst / Administrator on the Business Systems and Insights team, you&rsquo;ll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology.  The role will support the Covergirl &amp; Rimmel Trade Marketing team reporting to the Sr Director of Trade Marketing. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Analyst are to support the Trade Marketing team in analyzing past and current business trends, analyzing competitive actions, and mining future sales opportunities to drive business growth on the CoverGirl and Rimmel brands.

 As our Trade Marketing Sales Analyst, you are responsible for

 Effectively manage weekly sales, monthly reports and competitive reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Nielsen IQ reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Covergirl/Rimmel and Cosmetics analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Trade Marketing Sr. Director in pricing recommendation and P&amp;L
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical support and preparation of Line Review presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support additional analytical requests

 Essential:

 Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.

 <li>
 Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional systems knowledge: Experience with syndicated and panel data (Circana and/or NielsenIQ)
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective oral and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with data from multiple sources, interpret and communicate the data into a compelling narrative with actionable conclusions
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree plus 2+ years of business experience in a related field and/or CPG. Experience with NielsenIQ preferred.
