Processes credit card purchase requests at least weekly, reviewing requests for accuracy, allowability and approvals. Places internet and telephone orders. Follows up with staff as needed to verify delivery of goods and services.</li><li>
Matches credit card purchase documentation to the transactions at least weekly to ensure proper processing by accounts payable.</li><li>
Places office supplies orders twice a month. Reviews requests from Community of Hope staff for accuracy and allowability. Reviews and approves supplies invoices.</li><li>
Books travel as needed (plane or train tickets and hotel accommodations) for employees traveling on behalf of Community of Hope. Receives and reviews travel authorizations and per diem requests for accuracy, allowability, and approvals. Provides to accounts payable the necessary travel authorization and verifies payment for per diems prior to travel.</li><li>
Participates in setup and onboarding of procurement management system. Assists in training end users on process and procedures with the goal of becoming principal buyer when the system comes online.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information including credit card accounts, online vendor accounts, employee and client information.</li><li>
As needed, backs up Finance Specialist in depositing incoming checks into Community of Hope bank accounts using Remote Deposit Capture.</li><li>

ECS is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and modernize the operational backbone of the SEC's IT environment &mdash; encompassing Data Center operations, the Network Operations Center (NOC), and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities. This is a critical leadership role: you will be responsible for the 24/7 reliability of the systems that the SEC depends on to fulfill its regulatory mission, while simultaneously driving these operations toward greater automation, intelligence, and resilience.

The SEC is not looking for someone who will simply manage shifts and keep the status quo running. The agency is investing in AI-driven operations (AIOps), automated incident response, predictive monitoring, and infrastructure automation &mdash; and your operations teams need to be at the center of this transformation. You will be expected to reduce manual operational toil, implement automated runbooks, introduce AI-powered event correlation and root cause analysis, and build a culture where your operators are engineers who build automation, not just watchers who respond to alerts.

You will manage and develop a multi-team operations staff, establish and enforce operational standards, and serve as the primary escalation point for critical infrastructure events. You will work closely with the System Architects, Network Architects, and Cloud Engineers to ensure that the operational model evolves in lockstep with the infrastructure modernization. About the Role 
In close partnership with school leaders and coaches, the role builds capacity to execute strong data cycles, implement evidence-based literacy practices, and strengthen Tier 2 and 3 instruction through coaching, walkthroughs, and MTSS coordination. The role also ensures coherence by aligning internal teams and external partners, including managing key vendors and grant-funded initiatives to deliver targeted, needs-based support to the literacy team and schools. 
As a Director, this position must also ensure adherence to established internal control policies and procedures and maintain compliance within the organization. 
 
This is an exempt position and will report to the DCAO - Literacy and Humanities.

As a headquarters team that is focused on being responsive to our schools and meeting the needs of our students and families, we approach our work in a way that reflects these priorities. Schools operate in person and our students and families rely on us for in-person support which requires this position to be fully on-site. Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client&rsquo;s home for the purpose of treating a youth&rsquo;s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a family's strengths!

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

<li>Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license
