Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>
Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent</li><li>
Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and regular feedback</li><li>
Conduct employee performance evaluations and guide team development</li><li>
Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours</li></ul>
Sales &amp; Customer Engagement<ul><li>
Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals</li><li>
Championing a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty</li><li>
Acquire and maintain customers</li><li>

Conduct weekly staff meetings and setup sales goal expectations</li><li>
Model and support effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies</li></ul>
Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Oversee day-to-day operations including merchandising, inventory, and store appearance</li><li>

Manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:</li><li>
Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.</li><li>
1-2 years&rsquo; experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)</li><li>
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals</li><li>
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>
