SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Conduct relapse prevention education and life skills group sessions. Document and upload clinical and administrative notes to Welligent and CMBHS within 24 hours of group completion.
</li><li>Facilitate groups on an as needed basis.
</li><li>Work in conjunction with all facility staff to facilitate a safe environment for client recovery.
</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration with the individual, family/natural supports and other members of the identified wellness team-including referral providers to reduce the fragmentation in services and lags in ongoing service provision for clients at the time of discharge.
</li><li>Educate the individual, family/natural supports and other members of treatment options, community resources, social networks, etc. in order to ensure timely and informed decisions related to discharge and to promote individual self-efficacy and self-advocacy and determination.
</li><li>Contribute to client care by participating in clinical staff meetings to review client progress, treatment plans, discharge plan status and weekly client case management sessions. Report caseload activities to supervisor.
</li><li>Participate in weekly Training/Supervision as a member of the clinical team.

The Division Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing division operations, programs, and strategic initiatives designed to support effective service delivery and cross-system collaboration. This role requires a strong manager with experience leading teams, building partnerships, and navigating complex systems involving public agencies, community stakeholders, and service providers. The Division Manager serves as a key liaison across departments and external partners, supports data-informed decision-making, and helps strengthen program effectiveness through policy development, staff coaching, performance management, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement efforts.

This position reports to the Assistant Director and will work closely with the executive team to support the department&rsquo;s mission to build strong relationships with neighborhood and community groups and expand access to city resources for all residents. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
Assists in the design and implementation of systems, plans, and projects to support division goals, including cross-functional service delivery models, team-based case management practices, and strategic initiatives focused on at-risk, delinquent, and/or gang-involved youth.
Manages, trains, develops, counsels, and evaluates staff performance by providing ongoing coaching, clear performance expectations, professional development, and supportive supervision that promotes accountability, psychological safety, and high-quality service delivery.
Establishes policies, procedures, guidelines, and project schedules by developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflow systems, compliance protocols, and implementation timelines that support operational consistency and effective program management.
Develops methodologies for creating project data and uses data-driven approaches to monitor performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess outcomes, and inform operational and strategic decision-making.
Researches, reviews, and evaluates new data, reports, products, and other information to improve programming, ensure alignment with evidence-based practices, strengthen service delivery, and support continuous quality improvement.

Measure performance and outcomes: Track pursuit activity, win/loss data, and client feedback, turning insights into actionable strategies for department and firm leadership.</li><li>
Maintain and elevate firm content: Lead the upkeep of proposal libraries, experience databases, and templates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and readiness.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>5+ years of experience writing in a proposal environment; law firm marketing experience preferred.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher; degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English or similar field of study preferred.</li><li>
Extensive experience with dataset/content management tools.</li><li>
Very strong writing, editing and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines managing multiple tasks.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications a plus.</li><li>
A pursuits professional with 5+ years of experience managing complex proposals in a law firm or professional services environment.</li><li>
A persuasive communicator and storyteller who can distill technical legal and business issues into client-centered, compelling narratives.</li><li>
Experienced in the full pursuit lifecycle, including competitive RFPs, cross-practice submissions, and global panel processes.</li><li>
Skilled at balancing big-picture strategy with operational discipline, ensuring both creativity and flawless execution.</li><li>
Technologically fluent, confident using tools and platforms to drive efficiency, speed, and quality.</li><li>
Analytical and data-driven, capable of developing insights and recommendations that inform firmwide strategy.</li><li>
