<p>The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and analyzing internal and external financial data of considerable complexity requiring independent judgement, initiative, and extensive knowledge of the College, accounting, HCC policies and procedures, and external agencies. Completes analyses and makes recommendations as appropriate. Completes related accounting functions and monitors HCC&rsquo;s financial processes. <p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></p>
<p>Assist in the preparation of HCC&rsquo;s financial statements in conformance with: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), HCC&rsquo;s Investment Policy and State of Texas Public Funds Collateral Act.</p>
<p>Meet with division clients to elicit and manage business requirements for potential reports and models.
