Responsibilities:

<li>Support territory growth by assisting in account penetration and stakeholder development</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel</li>
<li>Be present in operating rooms during procedures &ndash; observe, support product usage, answer clinical questions</li>
<li>Support account strategies including trials, evaluations, and conversions</li>
<li>Generate new business through direct outreach and cold calling</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales team members and cross-functional partners to meet customer needs</li>
<li>Gather and communicate customer feedback to R&amp;D, Operations, and Marketing</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree; candidates with relevant clinical education and operating room experience will also be considered</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of achievement in one or more of the following: competitive athletics or team-based environments, outside sales or business development roles, clinical or healthcare settings (e.g., operating room, patient care, or procedural support)</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical or clinical information in real-world settings</li>
<li>Willingness to proactively generate new opportunities through outreach and follow-up</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills</li>
<li>Resilience and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments</li>
<li>High degree of ownership, accountability, and professionalism</li>
<li>Availability to travel around 75%, including driving within the territory, airplane and staying overnight</li>
