The Food Services Department plays a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of residents through the provision of nutritious and appealing meals. The Chef De Partie guides a team of staff and clients, executes food preparation, organizes catering in-house operations, ordering, and transporting/budgetary objectives for the agency. Additionally, the Chef De Partie ensures the safety of food handling practices, proper sanitation, utilization of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method and keeps supplies stocked. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Catering Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee, plan, organize, and execute catering offsite events in collaboration with Food Services Management team.</li>

Food Service Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure meals are well balanced, nutritious, and appealing.</li>
<li>Reduce unnecessary costs whenever possible and ensure all production and meal products are staged.</li>
<li>Follow standard production menu. Order food online within budget.</li>

About the Position
Operating from the amenities floor/Club Level, the Bartender will serve owners and their guests needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. In addition, the Bartender is to service as a server as this person will be largely alone while serving the Bar/Lounge, Game Room, Private Dining Room, and Veranda. The Bartender responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident&rsquo;s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons&rsquo; policies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
</li><li>Confirm orders including any special needs or requests using the point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the original order.
</li><li>Serve and take orders from those seated at the bar area offering interesting and vivid descriptions of the each item&rsquo;s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks.
</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to their concerns and requests.
</li><li>Properly and accurately close guest checks; process credit card payments; properly settle voided checks.
</li><li>Provide serving utensils for those who bring outside food into the Club Level as outside food is permitted and encouraged.
