The Account Coordinator will foster excellent client relationships across a portfolio of accounts and undertake administrative duties to support the management and delivery of campaigns and reporting. The Account Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position that is based in New York City. 
 
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>
Support the Client Services department with all aspects of campaigns and account management.
<ul><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.</li><li>
Brief in and manage artwork creation and delivery via our project management system, Asana.</li><li>
Support the Account Manager and Director with follow ups and action items.</li></ul></li><li>

 We&rsquo;re looking for an Account Coordinator to join Allison&rsquo;s fast-moving, ideas-driven US Communications Practice . This is an entry level position where you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to learn more about the PR industry and best practices in client service, media relations and content development.
 
 
 Y ou will be responsible for developing curated media lists of reporters that cover client and industry-specific news, issues and announcements, while also conducting regular news monitoring to share trending stories the account team can leverage for clients. The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $350,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant&rsquo;s geographic location. 
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon&rsquo;s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

What the day will look like</h2><ul><li>
Retains and grows Aon&rsquo;s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.</li><li>
Drives the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.</li><li>
Coordinates with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies.</li><li>
Facilitates critical relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.</li><li>
Ensures client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered.</li><li>
Leads stewardship planning and delivery</li><li>
Ensures overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the Client Promise Plan.</li><li>
Arranges Aon compensation for services, whether fee or commission-based, accordingly.</li><li>
Educates clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues and relevant trends including appropriate benchmarking and GRIP data.</li><li>
Marshals appropriate Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims, etc.</li><li>
Involves others across geographic (including international), functional and business unit boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities to grow the business.</li><li>
Manages input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
How this opportunity is different</h2>
We are looking for a leader who is responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Aon&rsquo;s relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will promote the value Aon delivers to clients.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Skills and experience that will lead to success</h2><ul><li>
Must have a minimum of 15 years of Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) experience</li><li>
Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts</li><li>
Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.</li><li>
Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.</li><li>
Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li><li>
Must have an active Property &amp; Casualty license</li></ul>
