 What You’ll Do
 We’re looking for a Child Care Clinical Coordinator to work with the Therapeutic Childcare and Recreation programs at HELP Haven, a transitional housing shelter for victims of domestic violence. This is a fabulous opportunity for a recent MSW graduate interested in working with children in a therapeutic setting. You’ll be responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and providing mental health counseling and crisis intervention services to children and their families.
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborating with the Child Care and Recreation Teams to develop and implement therapeutic models in both programs.</li>
<li>Collaborating with other departments at Haven to facilitate communication and provision of mental health services and to ensure positive outcomes for families.</li>
<li>Serving as liaison to advocate for and assist families with negotiation of the service delivery system, ensuring receipt of appropriate clinical, developmental, academic, and other relevant services.</li>
<li>Providing information and referral services to residents as needed.</li>
<li>Developing and facilitating therapeutic groups and workshops for residents to better support their emotional well-being.</li>
<li>Participating in weekly team meetings, individual supervision, group supervision, client case conferences, and other meetings as requested.</li>

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

<li>To be considered for this role, you must be currently registered as an LMSW or LMHC or have an MSW and become registered as an LMSW within 3 months.</li>

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Coordinator.
 
 
We are seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic human neuroscience laboratory. The candidate will join an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, neuroscientists, engineers, and data scientists to describe the underpinnings of human episodic memory function and its dysfunction and translating these findings for patient benefit. Our research combines naturalistic memory behaviors with direct recordings from the human brain at the single unit and local population level. We primarily work with epilepsy patients in the surgical inpatient setting as well as patients with implanted chronic brain recordings (RNS, NeuroPace Inc.). Some of the research tools we use are eye-tracking, pupillometry, head movements, first- and third-person video, GPS precision, speech analysis, and micro-macro wire recordings. Our lab collaborates with basic, cognitive, and computational neuroscientists on a shared mission to translate basic and cognitive neuroscience insights to improve human memory health. 
The ideal candidate will carry out all administrative and patient-facing activities (recruitment, consent, and data collection) without direction. S/he will contribute intellectually and socially to the lab culture and pursue their own independent scientific project within the lab.

Monitors for potential drug supply chain issues, wastage and shrinkage, revenue integrity, billing, and mismatches between clinical and financial charge databases. Performs billing quality assurance (QA) before and after price uploads, as well as when new medications are approved by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (P&amp;T). Assists and supports pharmacy drug file maintenance. Supports related pharmacy applications (Electronic Health Record, automation technology, etc.) including, but not limited to, system upgrade and maintenance, which may require working during off hours. Prepares system generated report to support pharmacy operations and is available for system troubleshooting and downtimes. Supports the auditing process required for program compliance and reporting. Provides tools and coaching sessions, when necessary, to establish an environment for improvement. Act as a liaison to the TPA, other vendors, consultants, and pharmacy. Attend meetings as required. Serves as a member of the pharmacy departments leadership team. Supports an environment dedicated to the safety of our patients and staff and facilitate a perpetual efficiency-improvement process in the medication-use physical environment. Precepts pharmacy students and residents if so assigned. Collaborates with Risk Management, Compliance, and QA Departments as necessary. Supports other pharmacy functions as needed. Participates in scholarly/professional activities. 


Minimum Qualifications: 
To qualify you must have a BS in Pharmacy 3+ years of experience 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) Certification within six months of hire
 
NYS Pharmacist License Required.
 
 
Required Licenses: Pharmacist License-NYS

Preferred Qualifications: 
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) 340B ACE Certification. Pharmacy IT experience Informatics degree or certificate
 
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, and other data analytic/visualization platforms Prior
 
experience with implementation of Epic Knowledge of Six Sigma
