Clinical Research Specialist

<div>I. Job Summary 
 
Manages Roll-off, hazardous waste, water services or vacuum routes and driver / laborer performance on a daily basis for this seven-day, 24-hour operation for the Texoma Gold Team Driver. This position requires up to 90% travel throughout Texoma and is based in Houston, TX. 
 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities. Coordinates daily operational needs with Maintenance team.</li><li>
Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements.</li><li>
Manages the end-of-day check-in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and equipment issues.</li><li>

Reviews daily or weekly demand / volume for trucks/routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re-routes to the routing specialist.</li><li>

Perform medical procedures and tests under the direct supervision of a Physician or Physician Assistant.</li><li>

Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies and instruments.</li><li>
Prepare examination rooms between patients.</li><li>
Sterilize medical instruments after each patient</li><li>
Answer calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies and take appropriate action.</li><li>
Call-in prescriptions and prescription refills daily.</li><li>
Maintain accurate logs of office supplies and equipment</li></ul>

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

Principal Accountabilities
 
<ul>
<li>Maintains a standby readiness while on duty to ensure rapid response times in accordance with department policy.</li>
<li>Operates emergency air ambulance transport service in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), hospital, and department policies, regulations, and standards.</li>
<li>Performs all flight procedures, techniques, and skills necessary to effect the safe, efficient delivery of medical personnel to hospital or accident sites, and the transportation of acutely ill and/or critically traumatized patients to tertiary care facilities.</li>
<li>Performs non-medical refueling, test, public relations, and crew orientation flights as requested.</li>
<li>Maintains constant communications with Flight Operations Communication Center during flight mission; communicates as necessary with Emergency Services personnel, receiving hospital communications center, and air traffic controllers.</li>
<li>Inspects all major mechanical, operational, and control systems, as well as all components, and reviews aircraft records to determine pre-flight condition and certify airworthiness. Checks weather reports, fuel requirements, and log books prior to mission.</li>
<li>Completes all forms, records, charts, load manifest signatures, and Minimum Equipment Lists as required.</li>
<li>Maintains current information on federal regulations, advisories, and procedures. Prepares for semi-annual Federal Aviation tests and pilot training program as necessary.</li>
<li>Travels to satellite bases for flight relief duty as assigned.</li>
<li>Attends departmental and pilot meetings</li>
<li>Maintains clean aircraft and workplace.ntal and pilot meetings.</li>
<li>Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.</li>
