Summary
<br>The Senior Project Manager, Design & Construction (Airport Infrastructure) is responsible for leadership of, and representation on, all new developments, redevelopments, renovation projects, tenant improvement and capEx projects for Realterm’s Airport Infrastructure Fund. This position is responsible for oversight of planning, approval, and execution of construction. Collaborates with Development and Investment teams, Development Partners, Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Operations team, Property Management team, Design Team and General Contractors to advance Realterm’s mission to build and manage best in class Airport Infrastructure assets. Responsible for all design and construction operations including overall planning, budgeting, cost control, schedules, construction techniques, value engineering, product quality, risk management, contract negotiation, design management, conflict resolution, and management of third parties for the assigned projects. Projects can range from $1mm to $250mm, per project. The successful individual in this role will be a process driven team player who is highly organized, self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong creativity and problem-solving skills and people management capabilities. Sol Systems is seeking a Construction Intern to support the Construction Team. The intern will serve as a Project Coordinator and work closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Construction Managers, the Quality Manager, and Project Controls to track and manage deliverables under project contracts (EPCA, PPA) to substantiate major milestones. The intern will implement the use of our trackers and build upon those as we identify gaps.</p>
<p><b>
Key responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Track project deliverables through construction phases.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized project data folder of key project deliverables and keep project tracker up to date.</li>
<li>Support the Project Management (PM) Team in review of invoices.</li>
<li>Support the PM Team in tracking delivery of Owner Furbished Equipment (OFE) to project site.</li>
<li>Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action items with external parties.</li>
<li>Coordinate review and approval of key project tests with the PM Team, Quality Manager, and Commissioning Manager.</li>
<li>Work with Project Controls to ensure regular and timely updates to project financials and schedules for EPC and OFE spend.</li>
<li>Work with the Project Management Team to continue building and improving upon internal tools in Smartsheet.</li>
</ul>
