Experience developing and maintaining construction project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying delay causes, and implementing corrective actions</li><li>
Experience managing construction project finances, including cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting total costs, and certifying payment requests</li><li>

Job Description</b></div><p>
The Project Manager position reports to the Senior Program Manager of Project Management in the GCSHQ Real Estate Development and Management section and will be based out of Washington DC. Duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:</div><ul><li>Responsible for managing capital and overhead projects up to $30 million.
