Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly organized, creative, and growth-minded Manager, Creator Marketing to support Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate. This role will be responsible for driving measurable listener and viewer growth through social media marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives.
This role will manage day-to-day podcast marketing and social media execution, including posting on behalf of the host and shows, ensuring content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the voice of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the broader CrimeOnline Podcast Network. WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>

Job Summary
The Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for stewarding and executing community marketing strategies that elevate Sesame Workshop's brand and extend its reach through strategic partnerships, ambassador programs, and experiential marketing initiatives. The Manager will support audience engagement, partnership development, community activations, and cross-functional marketing campaigns that drive connections with families, donors, educators, and caregivers to Sesame Workshop's mission and content.

Community Marketing Strategy<ul><li>
Steward and execute Sesame Workshop's strategies to drive impact through existing and to-be-developed communities, identifying scalable opportunities to connect with key audiences, empowering them to support and advocate for Sesame Workshop</li><li>
Develop scalable engagement programs, toolkits, and resources</li><li>
Identify and share audience insights, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities that strengthen Sesame Workshop's brand relevance, inform best practices, and enhance audience engagement</li></ul>
Strategic Partnerships<ul><li>
Identify, develop, and manage pro-bono and paid partnerships that extend Sesame Workshop's reach through trusted systems, networks, and distribution channels</li><li>
Identify opportunities to leverage existing partner networks to amplify Sesame Workshop campaigns, initiatives, and resources</li></ul>
Ambassador Programs<ul><li>
Support the development and execution of Sesame Workshop's brand ambassador program, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and build long-term partnerships</li><li>
Develop recommendations, insights, and best practices to strengthen ambassador engagement and inform future program growth</li></ul></div><div>
Activations &amp; Experiential Marketing<ul><li>
Support the planning and execution of marketing activations, experiences, and partnership initiatives that bring Sesame Workshop's mission, content, brand, and characters to life</li><li>
Help establish repeatable activation models and best practices that can be adapted across campaigns, markets, and initiatives</li></ul>
Measurement &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track and analyze the performance of community marketing initiatives, partnerships, ambassador programs, and activations using audience feedback and key performance metrics</li><li>
Develop case studies, reports, and internal learnings that demonstrate impact and inform future planning</li></ul> 
This role may perform other related duties as needed to support team and organizational priorities.

 FoundRae is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team to lead and execute our social media strategy across all platforms including content creation &amp; ideation, research, scheduling, and reporting/performance. We are looking for a creative and passionate thinker who can develop plans and create content for each social channel while overseeing the calendar and staying on top of trends and new ideas in the social media space.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 In partnership with Sr Dir of Comms &amp; Events, lead the development of FoundRae&rsquo;s social media strategy across all channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and create compelling brand-led content that aligns with FoundRae ethos and highlights the creativity and craftsmanship of FoundRae designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the brand&rsquo;s key messages to be communicated across social media and develop calendar to appropriately message at key commercial times
 </li>
 <li>
 Community management with a focus on engaging and expanding on conversations with external audiences
 </li>

 Appropriately communicate the Founder &amp; Creative Director&rsquo;s vision and voice

 Build and maintain a robust social content calendar that aligns with key collection launches, brand moments, and growth goals

 Create a pipeline of social media ideas and campaigns, so that we can have a test-and-learn environment to advance our social content and community engagement.

 Responsible for all reporting including:
