As the Brand Finance Manager for Maybelline New York, you will act as a strategic and key business partner to our Marketing teams. In this highly visible role, you will guide optimal decision-making around investment prioritization, launch strategies, and gross margin acceleration.

<li>Optimize Margins: Foster a culture of continuous gross margin improvement through strategic product mix analysis. Collaborate with cross functional partners (marketing, development, demand planning) to evaluate product launch gross margin P&Ls on an ongoing basis.</li>
<li>Maximize ROI: Rigorously evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for brand activations to ensure the best use of assets and continuous improvement in our investment decisions. Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to analyze new spend requests and challenge cross functional business partners on financial implications.</li>

Financial Planning & Analysis

<li>Own the Numbers: Lead the planning, control, and execution of the Budget and Trends for Advertising & Promotional (A&P) spend, working closely with central finance teams. Perform month end close tasks (prepare journal entries, review SAP data, follow up with business partners) to ensure financials are accurate.</li>
<li>Deliver Insights: Provide deep-dive analyses and actionable commentary on performance results and variances to the Budget/Trend.</li>
<li>Anticipate risk and opportunities: Proactively identify financial risks and growth opportunities through dynamic budget management and regular check-ins with business partners.</li>
<li>Ensure Compliance: Ensure internal controls are being performed in order to guarantee accurate expense classification in strict accordance with L'Oréal Finance Norms.</li>

<li>Champion Change: Lead the NEO (new SAP) system implementation for MNY US, acting as a catalyst for new, agile ways of working across different departments.</li>

Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>5-8 years of experience in finance preferred, ideally within consumer goods. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA/CPA preferred.</li>

Skills:

<li>Strong computer skills required; must have expert-level experience with Excel.</li>
<li>Financial reporting experience and use of SAP or similar systems for forecasting highly desirable.</li>

The e-bike mechanic is a critical, customer-facing role at Zoomo, directly fuelling our operational success. Repair and servicing of bikes to the highest of standards as expected by Zoomo.</li><li>
Diagnose required services, fault find and service Zoomo e-bikes to enable them to return to the rider in a safe and fully operational condition.</li><li>
Perform inspections on available fleet and returns to ensure no cosmetic damage, all electronics components and other essential components are fully functioning.</li><li>
Ensure that the workshop is kept tidy and in tip-top shape.</li><li>
Promote our values when interacting with riders and suppliers.</li><li>
You will serve as a Zoomo ambassador and on-site representative at our customer locations, ensuring our brand and product are consistently presented to the highest standard.</li></ul> 

Requirements
