   Coordinate design reviews, concept presentations, fittings, and show preparation materials

   Partner closely with the Studio Director, Atelier, and Product Development teams to ensure design integrity, fit, material selection, and construction standards are maintained

   Lead and participate in fittings, providing clear direction on silhouette, proportion, and garment construction
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Sales, Press, and Archive teams to ensure alignment between creative direction and business objectives

   Maintain strong communication across departments throughout each stage of development
  </li>
  <li>
   Support runway show preparation, including collection editing, fittings, and presentation materials
  </li>
  <li>
   Help oversee design development for special projects, including celebrity dressing and editorial opportunities

   Ensure all designs reflect Thom Browne&rsquo;s creative vision and maintain the highest luxury and craftsmanship standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct ongoing research into fabrics, techniques, construction methods, and industry developments
  </li>

   Utilize Thom Browne archives as well as seasonal research to inform design development and innovation
  </li>

   Contribute to the long-term creative evolution of the Women&rsquo;s collection while maintaining the brand&rsquo;s distinctive aesthetic

   THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  </u>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   8&ndash;10+ years of experience in women&rsquo;s design, with exposure to luxury runway collections
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience leading or mentoring designers, with the ability to provide clear creative direction and support team development
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong expertise across key categories including tailoring, outerwear, wovens, flou, and eveningwear
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabrication, with confidence participating in fittings
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into cohesive, brand-aligned collections
  </li>
  <li>
   A refined eye for proportion, silhouette, and detail, with an understanding of modern luxury aesthetics
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience partnering cross-functionally with atelier, product development, merchandising, and production
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within seasonal timelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and give constructive feedback
