 You're a self-starter who is interested in identifying and creating your own projects while working well with a team

 You spend most of your day in, After Effects, and are very familiar Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
 </li>
 <li>
 You know how to do 3D animation in either Blender or Cinema 4D. You are aware of the entire production pipeline from modeling to rendering/compositing in After Effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong graphic design and animation skills, and interest in branding
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating daily video content for social platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of how to make impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Understands the ins and outs of making video content for social platforms (sequence settings, key-framing, captioning graphics)
 </li>
