DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors by providing information and support to resolve issues efficiently.</li><li>Work with cross-functional internal departments to understand requirements and source suitable vendors for assigned tasks.</li><li>Act as a liaison between external vendors and internal departments by facilitating meetings and ensuring effective communication.</li><li>Research vendor qualifications and verify references as part of the vendor onboarding process.</li><li>Assist in presenting proposals, quotes, pricing comparisons, and market analyses to management.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing.</li><li>Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Monitor delivery timelines and provide status updates to relevant internal departments.</li><li>Assist the Chief Supply Chain Officer with vendor management, recordkeeping, and filing.</li><li>Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure proper documentation is in place for timely vendor payment processing.</li><li>Collaborate with the Quality department to monitor and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Proficient in developing and executing vendor engagement and procurement strategies.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external vendors.</li></ul>

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser (VM) to bring our global activewear brand to life in the retail environment. In this role, you will translate brand vision, product storytelling, and seasonal direction into compelling in-store visual experiences that engage consumers and drive performance. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute and maintain visual standards by consistently implementing global VM guidelines, seasonal launches, and product storytelling across stores while upholding a high level of visual quality</li><li>
Optimize store presentation to drive performance by continuously assessing and refreshing layouts, mannequins, and product displays to improve customer flow, engagement, and sell-through</li><li>
