As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a key connection point between patients, providers, attorneys, and internal teams. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for keeping appointments, documentation, imaging reports, and case updates moving forward through clear, timely, and professional communication.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, takes pride in accuracy, and knows how to balance empathy with urgency. In addition to managing your own workload, you&rsquo;ll also help support team consistency by modeling strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail while partnering with leadership to keep priorities moving and issues visible.

Key Responsibilities:

The senior specialist serves as an initial point of entry for customer inquiry resolution (via phone, email, chat, or services cases) on a wide range of human resources related topics.  About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transportation Claims Total Loss Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with rental facilities, body shops, salvage vendors, and appraisers to manage the total loss settlement process and rental expenses, reviewing the valuation of the vehicle based on its type to resolve the claim efficiently and reviewing damage estimates to confirm vehicles are total losses.
 
 
 Your role will also be responsible for handling an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all constituents of the claim.
 
 
 The ideal candidate has a willingness to work through a design process that supports the quickest claim resolution with the best outcome. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to give feedback and identify technology and process improvements.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Provide prompt, courteous and high-quality customer service to all policyholders and claimants by answering customer calls and resolving customer requests
