Qualifications * Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with live chat experience. * Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Fast and accurate typing skills are essential. * The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote setting. * A patient and empathetic approach to customer support. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet home office environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
