Job Summary 
 
The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) will coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives, and act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line. Within the direction of the Clinical Education Team, the CIS works collaboratively with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process, and builds deep, long lasting customer relationships to encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products and achievement of desired clinical outcomes within an account. The CIS utilizes principles of adult learning in the assessment, program planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the educational process. Emphasis is on competency skill assessment and development of all clinical staff through Identification of learning needs. Coordination and provision of educational offerings including orientation, formal continuing education and in-services, are a major function of this role. The CIS serves as a resource to staff of all levels and provides direct training/education of newly hired staff and new customers through facilitation of the preceptor model. The CIS actively participates in leadership of quality Improvement processes and affecting process and protocol changes within the account's resuscitation algorithm. Other duties assigned may include support to the sales team, speaking opportunities all trade shows, attendance at trade shows for the company booth and training distributor partners as needed, or other functions as needed. The successful CIS develops and maintains customer relationships and is capable of operating in a self-directive role. The CIS is uniquely assigned to large hospital systems and manages the implementation from a system-wide perspective through end-users.

Clinical Implementation Specialist I, Hospital (East)

<div>Position Purpose:
The Specialty Trades Pro Sales Representative works to build strong relationships with our Pro customers and executes a sales strategy to profitably grow sales for assigned accounts to support the organization's goals and increases the company's market share. This role requires advanced expertise in one or more designated specialty trade categories, enabling the delivery of high-level technical knowledge and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our professional customers. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of a designated specialty trade portfolio, both existing and new, by identifying sales opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving assigned sales goals and gross margin targets. The Specialty Trades Pro Sales Representative drives sales growth by proactively prospecting and engaging both new and existing B2B customers through high outbound activity, including cold call, outreach initiatives. The Specialty Trades Pro Sales Representative is also responsible for negotiating projects, developing tailored, specialized trade solutions to meet customer needs, closing sales, and resolving issues effectively and in a timely manner. The Specialty Trades Pro Sales Representative must demonstrate deep knowledge of their assigned category and should be able to increase market share in the category, along with the ability to sell across multiple adjacent categories to fully support customer needs, portfolio growth, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
10% - Customer Review and Development: Engage with sales leadership to review sales calls, provide specialty trade account insights and sales plan opportunities with manager. Participate in training sessions focused on product knowledge (including, but not limited to, building supplies, construction jobs, etc.), process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Provide SME guidance and technical trade training to the Pro Sales team to drive product knowledge and sales excellence.
</li><li>30% - Inbound Customer Engagement and Sales Growth: Resolve order and delivery issues with a professional support team, including tailored support for specialized trade issues. Resolve customer challenges by investigating problems and developing sustainable and scalable solutions in collaboration with the in-store Pro Sales teams and Pro Support team. Transact and tender, when necessary, with a professional support team. Follow-up on completed orders for feedback.</li><li>
60% - Outbound Customer Engagement and Sales Growth: Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Achieve prospecting and sales goals effectively and consistently by proactively adjusting to market changes, providing deep trade specific expertise to customers, closing sales, and achieving sales plan. Source new sales opportunities through ongoing prospecting via inbound lead follow-up and outbound warm/hot and cold calling. Drive incremental sales growth with assigned customer portfolio, leveraging trade specific expertise and cross-category selling. Execute sales strategy by introducing both new and existing customers to our current capabilities and , your industry knowledge, ensuring they understand how these solutions align with their specific needs. Strategically build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships by understanding and anticipating customer needs, offering custom solutions while effectively communicating competitive strengths. Effectively communicate competitive strengths and develop strategic goals to acquire incremental business.</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be eighteen years of age or older.</li><li>

4+ years of experience within relevant specialty trade industry (i.e. plumbing, electrical, paint, and/or HVAC, etc.) with specific experience in at least one of the following: product knowledge, installation, retail sales experience or inside/outside sales for specific trade.</li><li>
Construction experience - either practical on the job experience or sales within the construction industry</li><li>
Understanding and application of strategic sales planning to identify, target and execute plans for sales growth in their areas of expertise (electrical, plumbing, paint, construction methods, etc.)</li><li>
Proven inside sales or telephone sales experience</li><li>
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers</li><li>
Highly motivated</li><li>
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM</li></ul>
