The Joint Class Size Assessment Council (JCSAC) allocates Class-Size Bilingual Teacher Assistant positions to address oversized classrooms in Priority Schools and other impacted schools. These positions are reviewed annually and concluded at the end of each school year.</p>

Under the general direction of the school principal and under the immediate supervision of a teacher holding a valid state certificate directly engaged in teaching subject matter or conducting activities, assists in the instruction of pupils and performs related duties as required.</p>

The Class Size Bilingual Teacher Assistant will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Utilizes Bilingual skills and assists in the supervision of students during lunchroom and playground activities</li>

Platform Administration &amp; Configuration</b></h3><ul><li>
Own the end-to-end administration of the Asana Enterprise workspace, including workspace settings, teams, projects, portfolios, and user access management.</li><li>
Design, build, and maintain standardized project templates, custom fields, workflows, rules, and forms that align with IT demand management and Agile delivery processes.</li><li>
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning in coordination with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity management policies; enforce role-based access controls across the workspace.</li><li>
Configure and optimize Asana integrations with adjacent platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Glean, ServiceNow) to support seamless data flow and reporting.</li><li>
Monitor platform performance, API usage, and license utilization; manage Asana vendor relationship, feature requests, and support escalations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Governance Framework &amp; Data Integrity</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop, document, and enforce an Asana governance framework, inclusive of naming conventions, custom field standards, project structure guidelines, data entry requirements, and lifecycle management policies.</li><li>
Establish and maintain data quality standards across the workspace; implement automated rules and validation checks to ensure completeness and consistency of task data (e.g., due dates, assignees, story points, planned effort, status fields).</li><li>
Define and enforce change control procedures for workspace-level configuration changes, including custom field creation, workflow modifications, and template updates.</li><li>
Conduct periodic audits of workspace data quality, project hygiene, and governance compliance; produce actionable reports and remediation plans.</li><li>
Maintain an inventory of all active projects, portfolios, custom fields, and integrations; decommission unused or redundant assets to minimize workspace sprawl.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Portfolio Reporting &amp; Analytics</b></h3><ul><li>
Design and deliver portfolio-level reporting views, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with clear visibility into project health, capacity, throughput, and delivery performance.</li><li>
Build and maintain advanced reporting using Asana&rsquo;s native capabilities and extend reporting through Power BI or similar tools when multi-dimensional analysis is required.</li><li>
Develop standardized status reporting templates and cadences that support steering committee reviews, executive briefings, and cross-functional coordination.</li><li>
Track and report on demand intake pipeline metrics ensuring end-to-end traceability across the portfolio, from idea submission through triage, prioritization, and delivery.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Stakeholder Enablement &amp; Adoption</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for Asana-related questions, best practices, and platform support across the CTO organization.</li><li>
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, onboarding resources, and enablement sessions for new and existing users, tailored to role-specific needs (project managers, team leads, business relationship managers, individual contributors).</li><li>
Drive platform adoption by identifying friction points, gathering user feedback, and continuously improving workflows, templates, and governance documentation.</li><li>
Partner with business relationship managers and AI Champions to ensure Asana structures support use-case intake, backlog management, and prioritization workflows across business groups.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strategic Platform Ownership</b></h3><ul><li>
Define and communicate the Asana platform roadmap, align platform capabilities with evolving organizational needs, Agile maturity goals, and IT strategy.</li><li>
Evaluate new Asana features, API capabilities, and third-party integrations; recommend and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, governance, or reporting.</li><li>
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security teams to ensure platform configurations comply with enterprise security standards, data residency requirements, and access management policies.</li><li>
Contribute to broader Technology Business Operations initiatives, including demand management process improvement, capacity planning, and tooling strategy.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

Qualifications:
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Asana at an Enterprise or Business tier, including workspace configuration, custom fields, templates, rules, workflows, and portfolio management.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and enforcing governance frameworks for a work management or PPM platform &mdash; including data standards, naming conventions, access controls, and change management procedures.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in building Asana dashboards, reports, and portfolio views; experience extending Asana reporting through Power BI or similar analytics tools.</li><li>
Working knowledge of API integrations and automation capabilities within Asana; ability to configure and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).</li><li>
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and how work management platforms support Agile ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.</li><li>
Experience managing user access and identity in coordination with enterprise directory services (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory); understanding of role-based access control principles.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear governance documentation, training materials, and executive-level reports.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identifying quality issues, measuring adoption, and driving continuous improvement.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Asana Certified Administrator or Asana Solutions Architect certification.</li><li>
Experience managing Asana at scale (500+ users, multiple portfolios, complex custom field taxonomies).</li><li>
Experience with Asana&rsquo;s API, Asana Connect, or third-party integration platforms (e.g., Unito, Power Automate, Zapier) for workflow automation.</li><li>
Familiarity with IT demand management processes, including intake, triage, prioritization, and capacity planning workflows.</li><li>
Experience in the energy, engineering, utilities, or professional services industry.</li><li>
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.</li><li>
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).</li><li>
