<b>JOB PURPOSE:</b><br>
The Practice Development Specialist is responsible for delivering in-practice training and Field Support programs for auxiliary teams across all affiliated practices within the organization. This position partners with the Director of Field Operations, Practice Doctors and their teams, Marketing, Human Resources, and other departments. The goal of the Practice Development Specialist is to work alongside the aforementioned team members to identify practice development needs and to partner with internal Affordable Care Learning and Development team members to successfully fulfill these training requirements. Reporting to the Practice Development Manager, the Practice Development Specialist has a critical role in the development of FDAs, DAs, treatment coordinators, office managers, and other field support members.

<b>Please Note:</b> You must currently be based in Northern CA or WA State to be considered for this role. 75% Travel required. Must be willing to travel 3 weeks out of the month.

<li>Teach proper use of Dentrix, Eaglesoft and other Practice Management Systems. Train and be knowledgeable in administrative tools including but not limited to Weave, Stamplii, Dentira and E-prescribe</li>
<li>Proficient and can train to day-to-day practice management duties including but not limited to, End of Day, End of Month, AR Management, Collections Process, Schedule Management, Unfinished Treatment Report, using PMS and Power BI Reporting</li>
<li>Demonstrates exceptional understanding and mastery of Treatment Planning, Case Acceptance and Revenue Enhancement skills</li>
<li>Work alongside Director of Field Operations to conduct regular skills assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in dental auxiliary performance</li>
<li>Work closely with dentists, practice managers, team members and Operations to ensure the dental team is aligned with practice goals and objectives</li>
<li>Collaborate with Director of Field Operations to develop performance metrics and provide regular feedback to auxiliary team</li>

<li>Ensure all auxiliary team are fully trained on OSHA standards, HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and any other relevant compliance measures</li>

We are currently seeking a <b>Regulatory Scientist</b> for our <b>Chemical Regulation &amp; Food Safety</b> Practice to be based in the <b>Washington, DC</b> office. In this role you will work as part of a team to provide a high level of project management, technical assistance, and FIFRA regulatory and registration with the consultants in the Center for Chemical Regulation and Food Safety.</div>
You will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Coordinating and tracking client projects, project deliverables, and budgets with project team</li><li>
Interacting with internal project staff to discuss client projects, tasks, and deliverables
</li><li>Interacting and communicating with clients on updates and progress of work
</li><li>Supporting interactions with EPA and state regulators as needed</li><li>
Gaining a strong understanding of FIFRA regulatory policy</li><li>
Preparing and submitting Federal and State registration applications</li><li>

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

Our consultants are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent. At the Associate and Senior Associate level, total compensation includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.</div><div></div><div><br>
The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.</div>
