Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.

Position Hiring Range</h2>
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. <li>Manage virtual, in-home, and in-store design appointments (including preparation of design deliverables, product curation, and follow up).</li>
<li>Utilize sales analytics and design software tools and applications to drive store profitability and growth in a way that supports the success of the overall brand (moodboards, space plans, 2d/3d room views).</li>
<li>Efficiently manage your time in design appointments and sales floor interactions by prioritizing the customer experience while keeping communication open with leadership.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, and other established KPIs.</li>
<li>Participate in operational store activities as needed: bringing new products to the floor, floor sets, replenishment and substitutions.</li>
<li>Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations</li>
<li>Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations</li>

What you&rsquo;ll need

Experience &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of design experience within a design firm or high end furniture retailer.</li>
<li>Professional portfolio required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Perigold supplier brands, materials and construction, and custom programs a plus.
</li><li>Proven track record of managing large-scale projects for luxury B2C and trade customers.</li>
<li>Passion for design, great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office applications preferred.</li>
<li>Experience leveraging CRMs/POS/ and design software such as Salesforce, DesignFiles, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, etc. preferred</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.</li>
<li>Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or college diploma equivalent specializing in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.</li>
<li>Flexibility availability (including mornings, nights, weekends, some holidays).</li>
</ul>

<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
